Since 1993, Lorianne has taught writing and literature at various New England colleges. Before becoming a college instructor, Lorianne honed her teaching skills as an interpretive naturalist, leading nature walks and staffing nature centers in Ohio and Massachusetts.
Lorianne currently teaches first-year writing at Framingham State University and Curry College. A Senior Dharma Teacher in the Kwan Um School of Zen, Lorianne also teaches Zen meditation.
